He also is extremely helpful in knowledge of community services and local contractors which was helpful as I was moving here from out of state and I had special considerations needed in my future home for a physically challenged family member! When we decided to move to Bend, OR from Asheville, NC, we had no idea where to start. We knew very little of the Bend neighborhoods other than the fact that we wanted somewhere on the west side where we could be closest to the river trails. When I called to speak to Dave about his listing property, I didn't expect him to be so honest and authentic about every other house I asked about. He wasn't just in the phone call to push his property. He truly cared about helping me find a fit that was right for me and my family. Half way into our conversation I whispered to my husband who was sitting next to me that we had found our realtor! From then on, working with Dave and his partner Steph was everything I would have wanted in working partnership with a realtor. From phone calls, emails where my questions and concerns were addressed, the latest listings sent as soon as they came up, to additional pictures sent when requested, Dave and Steph did it all! I'm not sure I could have asked for more in a realtor. My husband and I had to make two separate trips from NC to OR to narrow our choices down but in the end, we found a house that fit the majority of our criteria!
