Dave's family relocated to Central Oregon in the late 1970's, as he grew up in this area he developed a bond and passion for everything that the Bend Oregon area has to offer including: year-round recreational activities, Pole Pedal Paddle and Cascade Cycling Classic, great restaurants, fun breweries and pubs, great schools, family friendly adventures and pro-business environment.

 

His commitment to quality service, combined with strong negotiating skills, has added to his success in getting deals done for his clients. His financial background was developed at Smith Barney while working with families to develop and execute their financial plans through Wealth Management in Boston.

 

This same skill set provides a valuable advantage to our relationships when comparing and evaluating properties from primary homeowners, families in relocation, vacation rentals, investments, and luxury properties in Bend, Oregon. Dave works to understand the concerns of both buyers and sellers. He can carefully assess his clients' needs and, with great enthusiasm and persistence, work to achieve their goals.

We have been so blessed and love being able to give our energies and resources back to making our town and neighborhoods better. Through fundraising committees in our local schools, Board of Directors in our neighborhood association, volunteer work with local nonprofits including Healthy Beginnings, and membership on the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS®, Steering Committee, and Grievance Committee.
