Overlooking the Deschutes River from an industrial park off Colorado Avenue, Robby J’s is another of Bend’s hidden treasures. It’s perhaps better known for its catering work than as a restaurant in its own right. But new chef/owner Jacques Duc offers three meals a day—hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches and a dinner menu that ranges from fl ame-grilled Moroccan steak to seared sea scallops with spinach and soft polenta.
